As a Working Student Community and Medical Education (m/f/d) you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our community of doctors. Your focus will be on various projects e.g. verifying newly registered doctors, answering questions from our users and contributing to the user journey for medical education events. At the same time, you will gain exciting insights into the world of digital health

• Verification of new doctors: checking registration data and ensuring that only professionals have access to the platform
• Support in maintaining the medical community by actively helping users via email and during live events
• Project management: Contribute to the user journey by helping build event pages and educational pages
• Communication: Contact person for community members who need support
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the user journey
• Opportunity to take on smaller projects within the education team

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of medicine, natural sciences, health management or a comparable degree program.
• Spoken and written German C1 or better
• You are able to work in a structured and careful manner, especially when it comes to checking data, texts etc.
• Friendly and open demeanour, also in written communication with community members.
• Interest in digital health and enjoy being part of an innovative community.
• At best some experience in customer service, community management or project management
• Ideally you are located in the Munich area
