To support our established Frankfurt office, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Office & Culture Manager who will help us keep the office running smoothly and create an inspiring, welcoming environment for our team. As part of our Culture & Talent Team, you will play a key role in office organization, employee experience, and team spirit — from after-work drinks to creative internal events.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day office operations in our Frankfurt location

• Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence

• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility coordination

• Assist with onboarding and support for new hires at the Frankfurt office

• Organize internal events, workshops, and employee gatherings

• Serve as the go-to person for office-related inquiries

• Bring in your own creative ideas to continuously elevate our office culture and employee experience

Your Profile

• Enrolled university student in business administration, psychology, management, or related studies

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style

• Fluent English skills required; German skills beneficial

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Excel)

• Available to work 10–20 hours per week in Frankfurt
