Our Marketing Operations team supports strategic campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital channels. We are now looking for a motivated Working Student (Data Analyst) to join our team and help us turn marketing data into actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will:

• Support the planning of global marketing campaigns
• Conduct reporting and KPI analysis for ongoing and completed campaigns
• Perform benchmarking of campaign performance across regions, markets, and channels
• Identify and document best practices and use cases, especially in email marketing and social media
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with campaign managers and digital channel owners

Your Profile

We are looking for a student who brings a combination of analytical skills and curiosity:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (especially email and social media)
• Structured way of working, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
