Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Berlin for a Working Student in Finance & HR. The Working Student will assist the finance and human resources departments with day-to-day tasks such as financial reporting and analysis, payroll processing, and employee record maintenance. The role involves data entry, document management, supporting audits, and coordinating HR activities like recruitment and onboarding. The candidate will work closely with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations. QualificationsUnderstanding of financial reporting, analysis, and payroll processingSkills in data entry and document managementCustomer service and employee relations skillsBasic knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and onboardingInterest in crypto trading and financial regulationsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCurrent enrollment in a degree program in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
