Job Description
Are you passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in global HR projects? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Working Student (m/f/d)
to support our international HR team on a variety of exciting initiatives. This is not your typical day-to-day HR role – you'll be involved in impactful, cross-functional projects that shape our global people strategy.

Your Responsibilities
As part of our HR team, you will contribute to several key projects, including:

• Global HR Dashboard – Support the development and optimization of a comprehensive dashboard to track key HR metrics across regions.
• Global MBM Awards – Assist in organizing and coordinating our global recognition program, celebrating outstanding contributions across the company.
• Collective Agreements – Conduct research and provide support in managing and aligning collective labor agreements for our HQ in Germany.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, ideally already in your Master's program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You live near Bergisch Gladbach in order to work at our office.
• You have a strong interest in HR topics and project work.
• You are proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• You are confident using MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.
