Working Student Legal (all genders) - Bretten(2282)

Your tasks:

• Support in reviewing and drafting international contracts (e.g. cloud, license, service and non-disclosure agreements)
• Conducting legal research on national and European legal issues, case law and new legislation
• Maintenance and further development of contract templates and guidelines
• Preparation of legal matters and drafting of internal decision-making documents
• Support in communication with internal departments

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in law or a comparable degree program (e.g. business law (LL.B./LL.M.))
  Interest in IT law and contract law
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Careful, structured and reliable working style
• Confident use of MS Office
• Interest in technical and digital topics
• Ability to work in a team and discretion when handling confidential information
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20 hours)
