As a Working Student in our People Operations Team, you will support core HR processes such as onboarding, payroll preparation and data management, while contributing to process improvements and engagement initiatives. This way, you'll gain broad insights into modern People Ops and help create a smooth employee experience at Temedica.

We are looking for support as of

Your Role with us

• Support in People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding & offboarding, document management, data maintenance in Personio)
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and ensure they are completed reliably and on time
• Assist with payroll preparation, time tracking, benefits administration and recruiting
• Contribute to People Ops projects such as process optimization, employee engagement initiatives or tool implementation
• Support office and operations management topics where needed (e.g. event coordination, travel cost workflows, internal communications)

What you bring to the table

• You are studying at least 2 semesters of (business) psychology, human resource management, business administration, social sciences or a comparable course of study and have ca hours / week to spare
• You ideally gained some practical experience in HR, people operations or recruiting and are eager to build on it
• You are hands-on, structured and known for your reliable way of working – colleagues can count on you
• You are quick to learn new tools and processes and enjoy taking ownership
• You are fluent in German and English
