As a Working Student you will be supporting the Accounting & Financial Management Team (Revenues & Expenses) with tasks in payables, receivables, billing, financial close, and global process improvement initiatives.

This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Support team objectives by focusing on validation and control measures for payables, receivables, and treasury operations, in close collaboration with the Global Accounting Policies & Controls team
• Execute and manage client billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance
• Drive simplification and automation initiatives while harmonizing and standardizing global processes
• Contribute to the Global IT Transformation by actively engaging in system and process improvements
• Assist with monthly and annual financial close activities, including audit preparation and financial reporting.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in at least the third year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with SAP is desirable
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with digital tools preferred .
