Working Student – Strategy

What You Will Do

• Assist in the preparation of offers, , and technical documentation for the Business Development Team.
• Contribute to strategic and market analyses that inform key business decisions together with the Chief of Staff.
• Help craft presentations and materials for customers, investors, and the management team.
• Support the creation and customization of product demos using the deepset AI platform.

Requirements

• Fluent German & English language skills. Any additional language is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and applied NLP technologies.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented thinker.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from both commercial and technical teams.
• Skilled in Google Suite, in particular Google Sheets and analysis of complex datasets, and Google Presentation to condense insights into compelling storylines for Customer-, Management-, or Investor-facing presentations
• Available 15–20 hours per week with flexibility during study periods.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Python and curiosity about how AI works under the hood
• Previous experience within start-up/scale-up environment or management consulting
