Our strategy? To be anything but typical strategy consultants! Our unconventional nature is embedded deep in our DNA. 60 years ago, BCG shook up the world of strategy consulting. Now, it has grown to become one of the world leaders in the field. How do we manage to stay ahead of the pack? The answer is simple: by reinventing ourselves every day and providing a home with diverse career opportunities to the best talent and most creative minds all over the world. And by giving you the chance to make an impact in business and society. BCG stands for authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. Once you've become part of the Group, we'll help you find your path, unleash your potential, effect change, and advance the world.

Our most vital resource is our people. That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which every employee can become their best.
As a Working Student, you'll support our team across career development, staffing, and strategic HR topics, playing an active role in both operational execution and selected strategic priorities within the Strategic People Team.
In the area of career development, you'll assist in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings for our Associates and Consultants. This includes requesting and tracking performance evaluations, following up with relevant stakeholders, and supporting the compilation of documents and presentations for CD discussions.
Within staffing, you'll work with our HR and staffing databases, processing and maintaining data related to planned and actual assignments across consultant groups. You'll help ensure data quality and transparency, directly supporting staffing decisions and ongoing planning. Beyond operational support, you'll contribute to strategic HR topics, with a strong focus on the priorities of the Strategic People Team. You'll support small- to medium-scale projects, help drive initiatives forward, and collaborate closely with team members on topics that shape our people agenda.
We highly value proactive initiative. If there are areas or topics you are particularly interested in, we are happy to explore opportunities to involve you beyond the core scope of the role—provided they are relevant and feasible. Curiosity, ownership, and fresh ideas are encouraged and recognized.
You'll work closely with our Junior Talent Specialists, Talent Specialists, and your manager, supporting day-to-day work and ad hoc requests. Your manager places a strong emphasis on people development: You can expect ongoing feedback, learning opportunities, and targeted trainings aimed at strengthening your skill set and supporting your personal and professional growth.
You'll be part of the CE Talent Management Unit. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
