Your tasks?

• As a working student (m/f/x), you will be the helping hand in our team when it comes to incoming goods - including customs clearance, parcel acceptance and shipping.

• You bring a breath of fresh air to our processes by creating, describing and optimizing them.

• You can expect an exciting insight into facility management, where you will actively participate in space planning, the design of workplaces and the maintenance of our buildings.

• You will also support us in commissioning and managing service providers (m/f/x) as well as in organizing and moderating appointments and meetings.

• If required, you will also provide support in other exciting topics of our Governance & Business Services business unit.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in the field of real estate management, business administration or a comparable course of study and are motivated to support our team actively and with a hands-on mentality.

• It is easy for you to familiarize yourself with new topics and you like to take on responsibility.

• You have a solution-oriented way of working, empathetic communication and very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• You would like to work together with your colleagues (m/f/x) in the office in Ulm on site.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
