How You Will Contribute To Our Success

From your first day, you will have the space to take initiative, make meaningful contributions, and help drive us forward as a team. You will help us create and maintain an inclusive, enjoyable, and productive work environment.

  • Support Workplace & Community: Help organize and coordinate community and team events, including logistics and communications.
  • Assist HR Operations: Support various HR processes, with a special focus on managing the onboarding and offboarding experience for new and departing employees.
  • Manage Travel: Take the lead on organizing all team travel arrangements and accommodation as needed.
  • Provide Cross-Team Support: Work with our Customer Service Operations team on a regular, small-scale task.

You will thrive in this role if you

  • Love working with people and excel at creating and maintaining a friendly, welcoming, and warm atmosphere in the office (embodying the #SupportEachOther Smoobu core value).
  • Are a student currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field).
  • Are familiar with employee onboarding/offboarding processes (a big plus).
  • Are someone with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Are a proactive and independent person who enjoys taking on a variety of tasks.
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (and German, a plus!).
  • Are dependable, hands-on, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
