You will be responsible for

• Filing paid Invoice and Travel expenses
• Working in our invoice portal
• Handling Dunning/Reminders from Vendors
• Parking simple Invoices and Travel expenses
• General tasks in Finance department

Who we are looking for

• Currently enrolledin Business Administration or Financial Management studies
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
• A very good command of English and German
• Intercultural & communication skills
• MS-office (Word, PowerPoint)

Working hours for Working student: max. 20hrs /week, length of the contract: 6-12 months (prolongation possible)

Working hours for an Intern: 40hrs / weeks; length of the contract: 6 months or longer

Start date: January 2026
