That’s why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which every employee can become their best.

What You'll Do
As a *Working Student*, you’ll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR. In terms of career development, you’ll assist our Associates and Consultants team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations and following up as necessary. You’ll also aid in compiling documents and presentations for CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you’ll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. You will furthermore support strategic small-scale projects and help move them forward in close collaboration with team members. All the while, you’ll work together closely with our Junior Talent Specialists, Talent Specialists, and your manager in supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.

What You'll Bring
* You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
* You have completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field.
* You are proficient in the MS Office package, especially Outlook and Excel.
* You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
 
YOU’RE GOOD AT
* You enjoy contributing to seamless HR processes and handle administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
* You are highly motivated and perform your assigned responsibilities independently and with strong dedication.
* You have excellent team and communication skills and a service mentality.
* Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you.
* You are conscientious and reliable, and impress others with your structured working style, including with regard to repetitive tasks.

Who You'll Work With
You’ll be part of the Staffing Expertise and Talent Management HR setup. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
