Your tasks

• Assist in creating and improving training materials for our customers (presentations guides e-learning content).
• Support internal and external communication by preparing updates and newsletters.
• Help organize workshops.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Work with digital tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Your qualifications

• Enrolled in a full‑time university program (Business Communication, IT Management or related fields). Please attach your certificate of enrollment.
• Interest in digital collaboration tools and agile working methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills (fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Mural, Teams) with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
