Xiaomi EV-User Experience Engineer

【Responsibilities】 Evolves brand identity characteristics. Establishes Customer survey methodology for user experience. Develops input control strategies. Develop user feedback landscapes. Identifies all deviations of European customer requirements and expectations. Coordinates adequate integration of European requirements in digital Eco system with CN Intelligent cockpit team. Perform studies and develop systems of the vehicle. Take responsibility of partial projects. Use and develop methodologies for efficient, goal oriented development. Holistic thinking in User & Ecosystem.

【Requirements】 Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology. Minimum of 3 years professional experience. Fluent written and spoken English (report language). Willingness to travel. High ability for Team work and co-creation. Future orientated and innovative mindset. High interest in using progressive Tools for creation, visualization and storytelling.
