1. Plan, coordinate, and execute ADAS validation tests to ensure performance, safety, robustness, and compliance with regulatory and consumer‑testing standards (UNECE, Euro NCAP, etc.).
2. Support ADAS feature development from early concept through final production validation, including prototype, pre‑series, SIL/HIL and in‑vehicle testing.
3. Take responsibility for the feature and function release recommendation (sign‑off) based on validation results, performance evaluation and requirement fulfilment.
4. Define, maintain, and implement test procedures, scenarios, and validation matrices derived from technical requirements, legal frameworks, and system specifications.
5. Operate, configure and monitor ADAS test equipment.
6. Analyze test data (video, log files, KPIs), document results, and provide structured, data‑driven feedback to development teams.
7. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders such as software, perception, controls, HMI, homologation, safety teams, suppliers, and external test providers.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, automated validation pipelines, reporting standards, and toolchains.

1. Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or similar.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in ADAS validation and testing, including functional, performance, and safety evaluation.
3. Experience with sensor systems (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic) and ADAS ECUs, as well as data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g. CAN, ADTF, ROS, IPG CarMaker, Vector tools, Python).
4. Strong understanding of sensor fusion, perception, control algorithms, and vehicle dynamics and how they impact ADAS performance.
5. Hands‑on experience in test execution, scenario design, issue reproduction, bug analysis, and requirement traceability.
6. Familiarity with regulatory and consumer standards (UNECE R79/R152, Euro NCAP VRU/Highway Assist, etc.) is a strong advantage.
7. Analytical and structured working style, precise documentation skills, and strong teamwork mentality.
8. Fluent written and spoken English; German or Chinese skills are a plus.
9. Willingness to travel (proving grounds, winter testing, NCAP labs, etc.).
