Young Professional Retail Specialist

As a talented young professional, you have the opportunity to embark on an exciting journey as part of our Abiturientenprogramm . This comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful retail specialist.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You'll work in one of our stores, where you'll be responsible for receiving goods, merchandising products, handling customer transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
• During your training period of three years, you'll complete an apprenticeship as a merchant in the retail industry (Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Einzelhandel) and earn certification as a certified trade expert (Geprüfter Handelsfachwirt).
