We are expanding our media team and opening an opportunity for a motivated volunteer to collaborate with us on producing high-quality creator-focused content.

What you will do

• Research and script short educational YouTube videos (creator skills, AI tools, social media strategy).
• Shoot creative, engaging content using your own camera/phone setup.
• Work closely with BCC’s team to develop storytelling angles, thumbnails, and SEO‑optimized titles.
• Bring your ideas to life and experiment with new content formats.
• Build your portfolio inside a fast‑growing creator education brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for YouTube, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Basic filming and editing skills (phone or camera is enough).
• Good communication and ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset and willingness to experiment.
