Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and evaluate offer documents from suppliers and subcontractors
• Clarify technical details with suppliers and subcontractors
• Perform supplier sourcing and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
• Support order proposals
• Preliminary and final calculations in accordance with target specifications
• Calculate materials, subcontractors, and services for the trade areas Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary independently
• Provide support to sales during contract negotiations
