Aufgaben

• As a deputy restaurant manager, you will take on the leadership of our restaurant with passion and a sense of responsibility.
• You are not only a manager but also a motivator: you inspire, strengthen, and develop your team so that each individual can reach their full potential.
• Together, you ensure that our guests have an unforgettable restaurant experience - from the first greeting to the last goodbye.
• Besides daily operations, you keep an eye on the company's key figures: you create forecasts, control the results, and actively contribute to the success.
• Whether it's personnel planning, logistics, or quality management - thanks to your organization and care, everything runs smoothly.
• And most importantly: for your team, you are always present, have an open ear, and create a working environment where everyone feels comfortable and is happy to be part of the team.

Profil

• You have a solid education in the hospitality industry or a comparable field - combined with valuable professional experience in a leadership position.
• However, more important than your resume is your inner attitude: being a host is in your blood.
• As a leader, you are more than just an organizer: you are a role model, motivator, and coach.
• You know how important team spirit is and manage to take your colleagues along with openness, warmth, and enthusiasm.
