Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of the store's economic success and sales figures.
• Ensure an appealing store appearance and good product availability.
• Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the entire store team.
• Handle customer and staff interactions with confidence.
• Commit to continuous personal development and training.

Profile

• Ideally, completed vocational training and initial experience in retail or a career changer.
• Previous leadership experience, e.g., as a deputy manager.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and good understanding of key figures.
• Organizational talent and ability to prioritize.
• A keen eye for a welcoming and tidy store environment.
• Customer service orientation and joy in developing staff.
