Your mission:

• Lead and inspire a team of 4/5 people in line with the brand’s values
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from styling advice to checkout
• Drive sales results and monitor KPIs
• Recruit, train, and develop your team
• Implement visual merchandising concepts and sales strategies

Your profile:

• Experience in customer-focused service and sales, ideally in fashion retail
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Solid understanding of KPIs and sales performance
• Passion for lingerie and an eye for fashion trends
