Store Manager (Berlin)

Responsibilities

The Retail Team is responsible for direct, in-person contact with customers at noo.ma’s flagship store. Every day they support visitors in discovering our products, offering advice on design and functionality, and ensuring the purchasing process is smooth and enjoyable. They create the very first impression in the showroom, build lasting relationships with the local community, and deliver an experience that reflects noo.ma’s values and aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Passionate about design, interiors, and shaping memorable customer experiences.
• Experienced in retail management, with a background in premium, lifestyle, or design-oriented brands.
• A motivating people leader — combining clear direction with a hands-on, supportive approach.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics to drive results.
• Strong communicator in both German and English, confident in client-facing and team settings.
• Previous experience in interior design or visual merchandising, bringing valuable expertise to enhance the in-store customer experience.
• Shape an exceptional in-store experience by combining design expertise, attentive service, and engaging brand storytelling.
• Inspire, coach, and grow a talented team of sales and design specialists, ensuring both high performance and strong team spirit.
• Take responsibility for key store metrics — from sales performance and conversion to customer satisfaction and foot traffic.
• Manage the daily operations of the Berlin flagship, making sure every process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Build meaningful connections with the local community through events, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Maintain the highest brand standards in visual presentation, service quality, and the overall atmosphere of the store.
