Store Manager JOOP! Berlin (m/f/d)
As part of your diverse responsibilities, you will be in charge of the entire management and the financial success of this store. This includes staff management and scheduling, as well as achieving the store’s sales or revenue goals. You and your team will ensure the optimal and seasonally appropriate merchandise assortment and presentation of the brand. Providing leadership, motivating, and coordinating your in-store team will be key aspects of your role, along with ensuring excellent customer service.
Required experience and skills:
- Successfully completed a commercial retail apprenticeship or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in an executive position in the fashion retail industry
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Good command of English and German
- Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive personality
- Strong communication skills and managerial competence
