Location: Frankfurt a. M. – on site, full time (37 h/week).

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the on‑site team
• Personalised customer service and consultation
• Sales of our premium products
• Attractive merchandising and window display
• Daily cash handling and register reconciliation
• Order fulfillment and inventory management
• Achievement of sales and profit targets
• Planning and execution of events and promotional activities to raise brand awareness

Qualifications

• Completed training in retail or related experience
• Experience selling high‑end consumer goods
• German and English language skills are mandatory
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
• Professional appearance and good manners
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient use of MS Office standard applications
