For the HUGO BOSS Outlet in Metzingen we are looking for a visionary leader as General Manager (f/m/d) in full-time starting on January 1 2026. With strategic foresight, passion and inspiration you will elevate our BOSS brand to the next level and captivate our customers.

As General Manager (f/m/d) you will embody our Leadership Mindset, acting as a Role Model and Enabler for the outlet management team.

Das erwartet dich bei uns :

• You will strategically manage the sales planning and performance of the Outlet Metzingen. The focus lies on the consistent implementation of all guidelines and operational processes from steering sales KPIs to merchandise management and presentation as well as service quality, loss prevention and adherence to the Store Operations Manual (SOM).
• With a clear focus on excellence you will lead and develop the store management team at the Outlet Metzingen. You will implement performance management processes, define individual development plans and ensure strategic succession planning. By leveraging the HUGO BOSS University you will elevate skills development; collaborate with HR to drive talent promotion and the development of future leaders.
• You will be responsible for FTE planning and ensuring compliance with the pay-to-sales ratio. You will develop and implement measures to achieve set goals, always with an eye for innovation, cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Regular on-site performance analyses will be part of your role where you will identify optimization potential. Based on these analyses you will create, document and implement action plans to sustainably enhance store performance.
• As the central operational interface between the Outlet Metzingen headquarters and the Outlet-City Metzingen you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Strategic directives will be translated by you into precise and efficient operational execution.

Das ist dein Profil :

• You bring at least 5 years of management experience in the fashion retail industry and excel in your ability to manage complex structures and achieve sustainable results.
• A successfully completed qualification in retail business management such as a degree in retail management or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your expertise. A degree in business or management is advantageous.
• With your fluent German and English skills you can provide exceptional service to our international customers. Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications and ideally SAP as well as your digital affinity enable you to effectively use modern tools and optimize processes.
• Your strong sales orientation and analytical mindset help you maintain an overview even in challenging situations and make strategic decisions that ensure the success of the location.
• With your passion for retail and hands-on mentality you lead by example and motivate your team to deliver peak performance every day.
