Strategic Architecture Advisor (f/m/d) for SAP Business Data Cloud

All SAP locations in Germany are possible, including Walldorf (near Mannheim/Heidelberg), Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen (near Düsseldorf), Eschborn (near Frankfurt), Gerlingen (near Stuttgart), Hallbergmoos (near München).

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

1. Support global sales and customer advisory teams with BDC architecture expertise and knowledge about complex hybrid landscapes.
2. Incorporate existing customer data & analytics components into future target architectures leveraging SAP BDC and other SAP BTP solutions.
3. Provide guidance to local and regional sales and customer advisory teams on deal acceleration and execution, considering global BDC & AI GTM initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the team to create overall themes and differentiate from competitors.
5. Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements.
6. Transition engagement to implementation partners/Services teams effectively.
7. Engage with customers to promote the vision of SAP Business Data Cloud and foster eagerness for renewal.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Professional experience within large software/IT organizations in data management and analytics.
2. Extensive SAP product experience in data management and analytics, or several years of relevant solutions experience, covering both modern cloud-based solutions and architectures, as well as traditional on-premises solutions like SAP Business Warehouse.
3. Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models in a Business-to-Business environment.
4. Recognized as a data management and analytics expert within SAP, with a successful track record.
5. Ability to craft compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions.
6. Quick understanding of customer business goals to ensure solutions are centered around their needs.
7. Passion and energy in all customer interactions.
8. Proficiency in German and Business English; additional languages are a plus.

1. Supporting strategic deals from an end-to-end data architecture perspective to drive customer lifetime value.
2. Developing blueprint architectures to accelerate sales and adoption.
3. Advising C-suite executives on cloud transformation and data strategy.
4. Addressing key technical and architectural challenges for early adopter customers.
5. Collaborating closely with SAP Product Engineering on BDC features and roadmap.
