    Job Objective

    The Large Deal Opportunity Leader will be part of our Global Commercial team, playing a pivotal role in driving high-value opportunities. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to secure large, strategic deals while optimizing the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence decisions, mitigate risks, and support long-term growth.

    Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

    • Strategic Opportunity Management: Lead planning and execution for key large-scale opportunities, aligning with organizational growth goals. Collaborate with sales to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities and develop strategies to close deals profitably and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Act as a liaison between commercial, operations, marketing, and executive teams to ensure alignment. Facilitate discussions with senior leadership to allocate resources efficiently and lead teams to design solutions addressing client needs.
    • Client-Centric Strategy Development: Understand client business models and industry landscapes to create tailored value propositions. Collaborate on strategic presentations and solutions that meet client goals and promote long-term partnerships.

    Influence and Decision-Making Authority

    Operates within broad practices with a degree of independence, influencing others and communicating with executive leadership on significant matters. Responsibilities include working with regional leadership, service lines, and commercial teams to execute large opportunities, develop client models aligned with strategic priorities, and ensure cohesive strategic approaches.

    Job Requirements & Capabilities

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    • 8-10+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in consulting.
    • Proven success in managing high-value, complex deals and leading sales or consulting strategies.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Expertise in managing large deals with multiple stakeholders and long cycles.
    • Strong sales management and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
