Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CFO and Head of Finance on strategic and operational finance matters.
• Perform financial analyses and reporting, including target/actual comparisons and variance analyses.
• Analyse KPIs to support financial and operational management across the group.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for management and shareholders.
• Continuously optimise reporting, controlling processes, and internal data structures to improve financial transparency and efficiency.
• Act as an interface between finance and other departments, addressing economic issues and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements at both the individual company and group level.
• Take a key role in refinancing activities and financial modelling projects.
