About the role:

The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining successful relationships with partners and end users to sell our products both directly and through partners across the globe. This role also involves recruiting, inducting, training, and managing Nintex Partners to meet or exceed sales targets.

Your contribution will be:

  • Territory ownership for both indirect and direct sales
  • Forecasting accuracy for direct sales
  • Managing the Run Rate Partner Forecasting Model
  • Building and managing a sustainable network of partners through acquisition, induction, training, and coaching
  • Managing ongoing relationships with partners, particularly key partners
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Nintex distribution strategy
  • Evangelizing Nintex products
  • Identifying improvements for the Partner Program and communicating them to the Partner Program Manager
  • Identifying and communicating partner training needs
  • Removing or signaling roadblocks to sales to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Resolving sales conflicts between partners or between partners and Nintex direct sales staff
  • Maintaining partner CRM records
  • Keeping current knowledge of Nintex products
  • Communicating with the Product Development team regarding current and future products and partner program adjustments
  • Ensuring fair, honest, and consistent dealings with partners

To be successful, you need:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role with targets met
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment preferred
  • Proven contribution to a sales team
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent all-round communication skills
