Strategic Partner/Agency for Membership Launch & Ongoing Support


We are preparing the launch of a premium health & wellness membership program in December 2025, promoted to an Instagram audience of 300k+ followers.
Benchmark: Dr. Hyman’s “Hyman Hive”.


I am the manager of the influencer and will act as project lead. We seek a strategic, experienced partner or agency for the launch project and, if successful, a long-term fixed collaboration.


Core Membership Offer
• 8 live webinars per year
• Regular Q&A sessions & community formats
• Automated onboarding, retention flows & ongoing content (newsletters, Instagram)


What We Need
• Platform setup & automation (preferably Amplify, open to alternatives)
• Mailchimp integration (already in place)
• German/EU-compliant invoicing & billing (VAT, recurring payments, refunds)
• Funnel build: Waitlist → Sales Page → Checkout → Onboarding
• Ongoing project management: ensure delivery of webinars, newsletters, IG content
• GDPR compliance, tracking & analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI)


Collaboration Model
• Phase 1: Project-based (Aug–Dec 2025) → Launch delivery
• Phase 2: Long-term fixed collaboration/retainer for scaling & ongoing support


Requirements
• Proven experience with membership/subscription launches
• Knowledge of EU billing compliance
• Strong automation & project management skills
• Ability to act as a strategic partner, not only executor
