We are seeking a positioning and messaging expert to refine our GTM foundation for both B2C (working parents) and B2B (HR/People teams).


Deliverables


• Refined brand voice and messaging framework
• Updated personas for B2C and B2B
• 1-liner and elevator pitch
• Key message hierarchy and proof points for website, social, and outreach
• Short pitch for employer benefits/HR use case


Ideal Candidate

We want someone with experience in early-stage tech and the ability to translate complexity into clear, human language. Ideally you are a parent yourself, know the struggles and love our product.
