Structural Design Engineer

- Design and analyze mechanical structures for crane components, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with industry standards.

- Perform structural simulations and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate designs and optimize performance.

2. New Product Development:

- Participate in the development of new crane products, from concept design to prototyping and testing.

- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall product development.

3. Quality Improvement:

- Identify and address structural design flaws or weaknesses in existing products.

- Conduct root cause analysis of structural failures and implement design improvements.

4. Technical Documentation:

- Prepare detailed design specifications, technical drawings, and documentation for mechanical structures.

• - Ensure all documentation complies with European and international standards.

Position Requirements.

• Bachelor degree or above, experience in structural design of wheeled cranes;
• Familiar with the structure and performance of wheeled cranes, with practical experience in mechanical product design and production processes;
• Capable of project risk management and crisis management;
• Have good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills;
