This Applies to You

• You have a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
• You have at least five years of professional experience, for example, in project management or team leadership.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience as a structural engineer and are familiar with structural analysis according to the Eurocode.
• You are specialized in the field of structural engineering; for example, in steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, timber structures, or structural dynamics.
• You already have experience with FEA and frame analysis software, ideally with Dlubal Software programs, such as RFEM or RSTAB.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).

Your Contribution to Success

• A major project under your own banner : Find the right office and the right team with us. No matter whether it's in Dortmund, Bochum, Essen, or Duisburg. You are the point of contact for organizational queries and work closely with the other locations. We invite you to spend three months in the Bavarian Forest for your initial training. Let's grow together and make Dlubal the most user-friendly structural analysis software on the market.
• Become an all-rounder in structuralengineering : Your adventure begins with extensive training in the Dlubal programs and is followed by direct contact with our users in Solution Engineering. Whether by email or phone, you are always on hand to solve technical queries about our programs and put a smile on our users' faces at the end of the day.
• Link between application and development : You are the interface between our customers/users and our product development. You will gather important customer feedback, share it with the product engineers, and play an active role in designing the software.
• Instructive presentations : You will also be available to our sales team for technical support, training, and presentations to ensure optimal customer experience. You will also demonstrate our software at trade fairs, seminars, and information and sales events, and represent our company, Dlubal Software.
