In deiner Rolle als studentische Aushilfe gestaltest du die Social‑Media‑Kanäle der WHU aktiv mit und erlebst das Umfeld einer international renommierten Business School aus erster Hand. Dabei hast du die Freiheit, eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, lernst von einem erfahrenen Team und bringst deine Perspektive in strategische Diskussionen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Social‑Media‑Präsenz ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Konzeptionelle und kreative Erstellung von Content‑Serien und Beiträgen für Social Media, insbesondere Instagram und TikTok


• Begleitung von WHU‑Events über Social Media (ggf. an Wochenenden und abends)


• Planung, Dreh und Schnitt von Video‑Clips für Social Media


• Recherche‑Aufgaben zu unterschiedlichen Marketing‑ und Branding‑Themen

Ihr Profil

• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative


• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise


• Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit


• Bereitschaft, ggf. auch abends oder am Wochenende zu arbeiten


• Freude am Umgang mit Design‑ und Videoschnittprogrammen (u.a. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut)


• Affinität zu Marketing‑Themen und Social Media


• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude am Kontakt mit neuen Menschen

Are you creative, independent, and passionate about social media?

In your role as a student assistant, you will actively shape the social media channels of WHU and experience the environment of an internationally renowned business school firsthand. You will have the freedom to develop and implement your own ideas, learn from an experienced team, and contribute your perspective to strategic discussions on the further development of our social media presence.

If you enjoy driving projects independently and flexibly tackling new challenges, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your mission

• Conceptual and creative creation of content series and posts for social media, especially Instagram and TikTok


• Coverage of WHU events via social media (possibly on weekends and evenings)


• Planning, shooting, and editing video clips for social media


• Research tasks on various marketing and branding topics

Your profile

• Independent working style with a high degree of initiative


• Careful and structured approach to work


• Flexibility and reliability


• Willingness to work evenings or weekends if necessary


• Enjoyment in using design and video editing programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut)


• Affinity for marketing topics and social media


• Good to very good German and English skills and enjoyment in interacting with new people
