Subject Matter Expert Cash Apps

Position purpose

As an SME in Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in reporting, resolving operational issues, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate across teams to support the Order to Cash cycle, manage dashboards, and contribute to transitions and projects, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure high accuracy in preparing monthly and quarterly AR dashboards and reports.
• Perform complex management activities and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with credit teams to address customer-related queries within agreed SLAs.
• Partner with IT to resolve system issues and ensure timely cash postings and adjustments.
• Maintain and update SD/DP exceptions regularly.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and assist in transitions and project initiatives.
• Prepare monthly metric reports for Regional Finance Leads and internal dashboards.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to fulfill audit requirements.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.

Who you are

• Graduate/master’s degree in accounting or MBA in Finance.
• 6–7 years of professional experience in the Order to Cash domain.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
• Flexible, motivated, and detail oriented.
