Job Description

In your role as SuccessFactors SAP PY, you will take ownership of enhancing and supporting our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on ECP.

Other Key Responsibilities Include

Drive the implementation of enhancements and new features in SAP ECP, collaborating closely with local payroll teams to ensure operational excellence.
Support and maintain Employee Central functionalities, working on configuration, issue resolution, and optimization.
Act as a key contact for day-to-day support of payroll operations, system issues, and change requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Contribute to cross-functional projects across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, bringing both technical and process knowledge to the table.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll, ideally for Germany and Netherlands.
Solid working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with experience in configuration, workflows, and business rules.
Experience in supporting or implementing enhancements and feature rollouts in SuccessFactors.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
