Supervisor Construction Management Electrical (m/f/d)

Overview

Supervisor Construction Management Electrical (m/f/d) at Exyte oversees electrical works on high-tech construction sites, including EPC projects for plants and factories in sectors such as semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliant installation and integration of electrical systems (medium and low voltage, power distribution, control technology), and coordinating on-site activities to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low-voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and maintaining an overall on-site view of construction activities
• Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
• Recording and tracking defects
• Taking measurements and checking documents submitted by subcontractors

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in construction engineering (e.g., master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or engineering degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering or a comparable discipline
• First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
• Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to stay at the project site for 5 days at a time
• Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German language skills for smooth communication with project partners
• Very good knowledge of English
• German driving license class B
