Mission Description

The Supplier Performance Management of assigned suppliers includes overseeing operational performance, managing logistics and quality aspects, organizing and leading supplier performance reviews, and consolidating monthly performance data. The role also requires serving as the internal/external interface to manage supplier relationships effectively, supporting the creation and execution of Supplier Surveillance Plans, conducting supplier audits, monitoring supplier risks, and implementing corrective or preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management, supply chain, or a related operational function, ideally in the aerospace, automotive, or high-technology industries
  • Fluency in both English and German, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken form
  • Solid understanding of quality standards and supplier assessment methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Experience in conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action plans
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, and to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
