If so, we invite you to join our team in Düsseldorf (Airport City) as the Training Manager (f/m/d) for our global Transformation roll-out program. In this role, you will oversee and manage the development and implementation of training programs across GEA related to the ERP roll-out across an international company with over 18,000 employees and more than 210 legal entities worldwide. Over the next five years, GEA will consolidate its global process and ERP landscape in partnership with SAP, the market leader in Enterprise Resource Planning. Manage the Training Team including externals, providing guidance and support to team members. Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. Experience in training program in an SAP transformation program. Extensive project management experience and expertise in training and learning in an SAP environment. Experience with SAP Enable NOW and Workday are an advantage. Excellent proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
