Job Title: Support Virtual Assistant

We’re running a large-scale spiritual membership community and need a support VA to cover US time zones. Your job: keep members updated and supported while devs build in the background.


Scope:
• Reply to member questions (site comments, emails, community posts).
• Write a short public “Dev Update” post daily (progress + fixes).
• Escalate bugs to devs with clear repro steps.
• Keep comms calm, clear, and professional.


Requirements:
• Excellent written English.
• Calm, empathetic communication style.
• Fast learner of new tools (we use Bubble + Help Desk software).
• Based in US/LatAm timezone (9am–7pm PT coverage).
