    🚀 The Role: Founding Sales Lead

    This is not just a sales role it’s a founding opportunity. You’ll work directly with the CEO and product team to design our go-to-market motion, test and refine sales strategies, and lay the foundation for a future sales organization.

    Over time, you’ll have the chance to step into the Head of Sales role and build your own team.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Identify and connect with high-potential customers (Scaleups, Enterprises, Governments).
    • Lead outreach, demos, and deal-closing end-to-end.
    • Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
    • Translate customer insights into product and strategy feedback.
    • Shape the future sales playbook and commercial culture of GreenPow.

    🧩 What You’ll Be Selling

    • Smart VPS → affordable green servers for small teams and developers.
    • GreenOps for AI & Data → carbon-optimized orchestration for compute-intensive workloads.
    • Private Cloud Deployments → secure, compliance-ready infrastructure tailored to enterprise needs.

    ✅ What We’re Looking For

    • Entrepreneurial, builder mindset — comfortable creating structure from scratch.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or German a plus).
    • Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (formal seniority not required).
    • Curious about cloud, sustainability, and startups.
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to make an impact in a fast-moving environment.
