SVP of Growth - SaaS - Product Led Growth (PLG)

Overview

My client is a Berlin-based B2B SaaS company offering a technical software solution for building and automating business applications. Close to 6000 customers globally use the product to build tailored solutions for auxiliary as well as core processes — serving SMEs and enterprises alike.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include :

• Market Strategy & Positioning
• Extensive Product Led Growth (PLG) data driven analytics
• Lead Generation through multiple channels
• KPI and metrics analysis.
• Product Lifecycle Management and Product Support Package
• Go-to-Market Execution

Qualifications / Preferred Background

• 7–10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a demonstrable track record of hitting ambitious targets in fast-paced environments.
• 10+ years of experience specifically in growth, product marketing in the DACH and internal
• Good expertise in technical product development,
• Prior experience in high-growth marketplaces, B2C / B2B, or talent platforms is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience of managing diverse growth teams.
• Background in a fast-paced environment such as a high growth tech startup.
• MBA required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• English. German a plus.

Location

Location : BERLIN (mandatory). Or willing to relocate.
