Title: Imprivata System Engineer

Location: Remote - Europe - Working US Central Time - 7am - 4pm

You’ll be the go-to expert for Imprivata Tap & Go, helping design, maintain, and optimize authentication workflows that empower clinical teams while keeping systems secure and compliant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design, deployment, and support of Imprivata Tap & Go across hospital and clinical settings
• Oversee integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), Citrix/VMware VDI, and Windows environments
• Support badge access provisioning, AD sync, and troubleshooting
• Partner with clinical, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance identity management
• Conduct upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution across the platform
• Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills:

5–7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years supporting Imprivata Tap & Go
Strong grasp of IAM, SSO, MFA, and Windows/Active Directory, Group Policy & LDAP
Experience with Citrix/VMware
Clinical environment & integration experience - EHRs, VDI, badge readers, printers, and roaming profiles
Familiarity with HIPAA and enterprise security best practices
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support complex authentication workflows

Desirable

Imprivata Certified Engineer (ICE)
PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
Experience in 24/7 clinical support & knowledge of clinical workflows and constraints in hospital/acute care settings
