Your Responsibilities

Develop and redesign the system architecture for CNC embedded firmware – from concept and design to implementation
Analyse existing structures and build a modular, high-performance, and future-proof architecture
Develop in C++20 using modern software engineering practices and Test-Driven Development
Model and document architecture using UML
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and integrate solutions into complex CNC systems

Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Several years of experience in system development and architecture in embedded environments
Excellent skills in C++ (C++20) and object-oriented architecture design (including UML)
Deep understanding of CNC systems – not only at the application level but also at the architecture and firmware level
Experience in agile software development (Scrum) and ideally in motion control, robotics, or CNC applications
English at C1 level; German language skills are a plus
