System Manager (Frontend) for Series production – Automotive Lighting Domain (Interior & Exterior)
We are looking for a Communication Manager (Frontend) to coordinate and facilitate communication among all teams involved in the automotive lighting domain (interior and exterior).

• Effective interaction across departments and with suppliers
• Knowledge of tools: AVON, TEVON, KVS, CONNECT + Catia, System42
• Solid experience in automotive lighting technology (components and design)
• Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic architecture
• Experience in defining, deriving, structuring, and managing requirements
• General knowledge of international automotive regulations
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a high degree of autonomy
• Ability to motivate and maximize team members’ performance
• Strong crisis management skills to handle project-related pressures
• Good interpersonal skills to manage team members’ weaknesses constructively
• Willingness to travel frequently

• German – fluent
• English – fluent
• Italian – beneficial for integration and communication
