Inovance Automotive R&D is looking for a SYSTEM ENGINEER specialized in e-Powertrains.

Location: Germany, Stuttgart

Job Responsibilities

• Develop overall solutions for e-Powertrain system, define product requirements (including operating conditions and standards), and lead system design and implementation.
• Analyze and decompose system requirements for the e-Powertrain system, clarifying specifications for components including motor, controller, generator, and engine systems.
• Acquire international customer insights to support global customer satisfaction and promote overseas demand development.
• Collaborate with Chinese R&D teams to optimize next-generation product architecture and roadmap planning.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-Powertrain system applications and thorough understanding of vehicle requirements for e-Powertrain systems.
• Familiarity with the development processes of components such as motors, electronic controllers, and reducers, including their fundamental principles, product characteristics, and interface specifications.
• Strong skills in requirements development and systems thinking.
• Understanding of vehicle development and validation processes.
• Experience in e-Powertrain system development or range-extender powertrain development is preferred.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
