About the Opportunity

We are seeking individuals involved in the innovation cycle for latches, locks, sensors, door openers and other devices used in securing the doors of dishwashers and washing machines.

Backgrounds of interest include:
• OEM side: systems/mechatronics engineers for door systems; appliance hardware leads; embedded/firmware engineers working on door/lock sensors; safety & compliance engineers (IEC/EN 60335, EMC); reliability & test engineers; sourcing/category managers for electromechanical components; value engineering/NPI program managers
• Tier-1/Tier-2 component suppliers (design & IP owners)



Preferred experience/knowledge


• Expertise in latches, locks, sensors, and door openers.
• Understanding of the innovation cycle in the home appliance industry.
• Experience on the OEM or supplier side.
• Deep knowledge of the R&D process for home appliance door closures.
