As a System Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by solving challenging support cases, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with skilled colleagues across borders.

Your role

Your role and responsibilities will be shaped by your skills and experience, from deep-diving into complex customer cases to taking ownership of technical solutions. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, participate in daily support routines, and be part of our on‑call duty rotation.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, software development, or automation engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in automation, IT, or software development projects and products
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Strong service mindset and experience in customer support services
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus)

We also value

• Competence in IT networks and components, Linux OS, database or Java programming
• Knowledge of Bosch Rexroth Drives / PLC, Siemens S7 TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley Control Logix
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and curiosity for continuous learning

Work setup

This position is based at our Willich office near Düsseldorf and offers a flexible hybrid work model combining office and remote work. A significant part of your role involves solving customer cases and supporting our Help Desk operations. Flexibility and readiness for on‑call duties are essential.
